Live Virtual Workouts

VIRTUAL WORKOUTS ARE HERE!

In response to the global pandemic and spread of COVID-19, aka, the Coronavirus, we are offering virtual workouts that you can do from the safety of your home. We are under a “shelter in place” order here in California and it seems that every day there is an expansion of that order across the country and globe.

To help keep us moving, healthy, and connected to my amazing fitness community, I have schedule live classes throughout the week that you can log in to and do with me. I am offering Urbankick, HIIT & Core Classes and may expand so keep checking back! To get on our invite list please complete this survey.

  • Get your water
  • Bring a towel (if you are anything like me!)
  • If you have them, get your mat, loop resistance bands, and dumbbells. But they are NOT required
